It has been a while since we last compared muscles! I love measuring my muscles to see how much they have grown and check how much bigger I am. It is much more fun with someone to compare them to though. Why don’t you get a measuring tape, and I will talk you through how big my arms, chest, neck, and other body parts are as I flex and show off my physique?
